2007 Founded with a vision to develop and operate utility-scale renewable energy projects.

2008 First wind project enters commercial operation (Happy Jack, located in Wyoming).

2010 First solar projects enter commercial operation, expanding the company's renewable energy portfolio.

2012 Expanded into battery energy storage, helping support grid reliability and energy resilience (Notrees, located in Texas).

2013 Established Operations & Maintenance Solutions team, providing full lifecycle support for renewable energy assets.

2015 Launched three major repower projects, significantly expanding wind operating capacity (Los Vientos 3, 4, & 5, located in Texas).

2021 Frontier II in Oklahoma enters operation at 351 MW, becoming one of the company's largest projects.

2023 Acquired by Brookfield Renewable, providing the financial strength to support long-term growth.
